Individual European (Full) Member - (€65 per annum)

This type of membership is for individual European orthopaedic and trauma surgeons with strong interest in foot and ankle surgery residing in a country where there is no EFAS-affiliated National Society.  The applying individual must demonstrate commitment to foot and ankle surgery through their membership application. Full membership entitles to full membership benefits, as well as voting at the General Assembly and be elected to Council.

If you are a foot and ankle surgeon residing and working in a European country where there is no EFAS-affiliated National Society, you may apply for this membership type by choosing respective option below.

Individual Associate Member - (€100 per annum)

This type of membership is for individuals who are orthopaedic surgeons in training, committed to foot and ankle surgery. It is also available to health practitioners and scientists, who are not surgically trained and are likewise committed to the advancement of foot and ankle knowledge. Individual Associate Members enjoy all membership benefits, but are not eligible to vote at the General Assembly or be elected to Council.

If you are an orthopaedic surgeon in training, or health practionare or scientist dedicated to advancement of foot and ankle knowledge you may select this membership type for application.

Individual Global Member - (€100 per annum)

This type of membership is available for those individuals from outside of Europe with strong interest and commitment to the field of foot and ankle surgery. Individual Global Members enjoy all membership benefits, but are not eligible to vote at the General Assembly or be elected to Council.

If you are an an individual with strong commitment to foot and ankle surgery residing and working outside of Europe, you may apply for this membership type. 

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Completed application form
2. A complete Curriculum Vitae and any evidence of publication
3. Two referees, both of whom should be fully paid up members of EFAS
4. Approval of application by Council, followed by ratification at the General assembly
